Piano.Center is a premier marketplace connecting piano artists who create digital products (sheet music, MIDI files, and audio recordings) with customers who appreciate quality piano content. We provide a secure platform for Artists to sell their work and for Customers to discover and purchase unique piano content.
Creating an account is simple. Click the "Sign Up" or "Register" button in the top navigation, then choose to sign up with your email or use Google authentication.
Once registered, you can browse and purchase products as a Customer. If you want to sell your own products, you can apply to become an Artist through your account dashboard.
Yes! You can browse all products and Artist storefronts without creating an account. However, you will need to create an account and be signed in to make purchases or preview audio samples.
Piano.Center supports three main file types: PDF files for sheet music, MIDI files for digital playback and learning, and WAV/MP3 audio recordings. Each product listing indicates which file types are included with the purchase.
Find a product you want to purchase, click "Add to Cart," then proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using your credit or debit card through our Stripe payment system.
After your payment is processed, you will have immediate access to download your purchased files from your account dashboard.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
After purchasing, go to your account dashboard and click on "Downloads" or "My Purchases." You will see all your purchased products with download links. Downloads are available immediately after purchase and remain accessible indefinitely.
There is no limit on downloads. Once you purchase a product, you can download it as many times as you need from your account dashboard.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may issue refunds in cases of technical issues (corrupted or non-functional files) or duplicate purchases. Contact our support team if you experience any issues with your purchase.
To become an Artist, log in to your account and navigate to the "Become an Artist" page. Complete the application form with information about yourself and the type of content you plan to sell.
Our team reviews all applications to ensure quality standards. Once approved, you can set up your storefront, connect your Stripe account for payouts, and start uploading products.
Piano.Center uses an 85/15 revenue split. Artists receive 85% of each sale, while the platform retains 15% to cover operations and payment processing. There are no listing fees or monthly subscription costs.
All sales go through a 7-day escrow holding period to protect both Artists and Customers. After this period, funds are automatically released to your connected Stripe account.
From Stripe, funds are typically deposited into your bank account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payout schedule. See our Escrow Terms for complete details.
You can sell piano-related digital products including: sheet music (PDF format), MIDI files, and audio recordings (WAV or MP3). You must own the rights to any content you sell or have appropriate licenses.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address. We will send you a password reset link. If you signed up with Google, you can simply use the "Sign in with Google" option instead.
Go to your account settings and update your email address. You will need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect. Note that if you use Google sign-in, your email is linked to your Google account.
Absolutely. We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, to handle all transactions. Your payment card information is never stored on our servers and is encrypted during transmission. We never have access to your full card number.
To delete your account, go to your account settings and look for the "Delete Account" option, or contact our support team. Note that deleting your account will remove access to your purchased downloads and any Artist earnings history.
